MASONRY/CONCRETE FOREMAN
Masonry/Concrete Construction company seeks a quality working foreman. Organization and communication skills a must. Types of jobs include high end residential and commercial construction. All phases of masonry including retaining walls, block structures, high end stone and brick work, concrete poured in place, concrete flat work. Must have a good understanding of how to manage a crew for production and quality. Must know how to read blueprints, estimate and order materials, fill out and keep track of job related documents on a daily basis. Must have hand tools, valid CA drivers License and vehicle.

MASONRY/CONCRETE ESTIMATOR
Types of jobs include upscale residential and commercial construction. All phases of masonry and concrete including retaining walls, grade beams, caissons, buildings, high end stone and brick work, concrete poured in place, concrete flat work, and various hardscape projects. Hands on construction experience a plus but not necessary.]

• Collect bid information through interaction with general contractors, architects, structural engineers, job superintendents, homeowners, and various building departments.
• Compile accurate material and labor take-offs.
• Present projected job cost data to the President of the company.
• Prepare all necessary proposal and contract documents.
  

• Must have a minimum of 2 years concrete and masonry estimating experience.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Adept at using basic aspects of Microsoft Office.
• Pay $Call
• Our office is located near Warner Center in Woodland Hills.
• Office hours are M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

BRICKLAYER
Types of jobs include high end residential and commercial construction. All phases of masonry including retaining walls, block structures, high end stone and brick work, concrete poured in place, concrete flat work. Must have hand tools, valid CA drivers License and transportation.
